Returns and Exchange Policy

Damaged Goods or Incorrect Product

  1. Each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer. However, we understand manual errors might happen.
  2. In case, you have received any damaged products or wrong item, please send an email within 07 days of delivery at returns@smileshandcraftedclothing.comwith a) the order number, b) reasons for exchange and c) few pictures of the damaged/incorrect material.
  3. Post receipt of the returned package, we will inspect the same. Once approved, a full refund or exchange will be processed.
  4. Pickup service for returned items is not available at this time. We will credit your account with a flat amount towards shipping charges in case of full refund or provide free delivery of the exchanged items.
  5. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value. 

Unsatisfactory Product

  1. We ensure that every product is made as per the specifications given on the website. However, we do understand that in some cases you may not like the product which you have received, or you feel that the product is different from what was shown.
  2. In case, you are unsatisfied with the product received, please send an email within 07 days at returns@smileshandcraftedclothing.com with a) the order number and b) reason for return.

Terms and conditions

  • Please note that all intimations in regard to returns /exchange need to made within 07 days of delivery to SMILES handcrafted clothing.
  • All returns / exchanges are applicable only on goods sold at full price (non-sale items). Items which have reduced selling price are not considered for exchange / returns / refunds.
  • All customer claims / returns are subject to validation by SMILES Handcrafted Clothing.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by SMILES Handcrafted Clothing and accept its decision regarding the return validation as final.
