Cancellation Policy

For orders / delivery in India

1. Only customised (haute coutre) items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. In the unfortunate event that you decide to cancel a customised order, please write to us on returns@smileshandcraftedclothing.com with the order number and reason for cancellation. We will refund the entire amount to your account within 7 – 10 working days.

For international orders
